Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, company, work email, country, service, product overview, quantity, tooling status and timing. Material, tolerance, assembly information and a request for a confidential transfer process are optional. We use this information to assess your project and respond to your inquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Confidential engineering files
The form accepts up to three PDF, STEP/STP or ASCII DXF files, limited to 10 MB per file and 20 MB total. The server validates the actual format and uses a local malware scanner before acceptance. Invalid, encrypted, active PDF content or suspicious files are rejected. If scanning is unavailable, file uploads are refused. Files are stored with randomized names in private storage outside the public website directory and do not have public download URLs. Authorized operators can retrieve files through authenticated server access. Do not upload designs until you are comfortable with the agreed confidentiality terms; you can request an NDA first.
Storage, access and notifications
Inquiry records are kept in private server storage outside the public website directory. Authorized operators can review a record and its qualification status. Company notifications contain the inquiry details and are sent through the configured email provider. Website storage and notification delivery use Bluehost hosting and its server mail service. Cross-border access may be necessary for project coordination in China and Vietnam.
Intake records and accepted files are automatically deleted from website storage after 90 days. An active quotation or contract may be recorded separately under its agreed retention terms. Notification emails and hosting backups follow the company's and provider's retention processes; deleting a website record does not automatically delete those copies.
Essential security and optional measurement
A first-party session cookie protects form submissions and expires after two hours. Rate limiting stores a keyed hash of the connecting network address for up to 24 hours. Security events record a reference and event type, rather than your full inquiry or network address. The website does not load factory images or fonts from third-party servers.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement are disabled until configured and explicitly accepted in Privacy settings. If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics or Google Ads may receive usage events and cookie identifiers; your name, email, company and project description are not included in those events. Campaign parameters or an ad click ID may be stored with an inquiry only after optional measurement consent. A locally stored preference expires after 180 days. You can change it at any time using ; withdrawing it stops subsequent optional measurement and clears accessible first-party measurement cookies.
